It’s essential to understand the role our emotions play in our lives. Often, we're encouraged to focus only on positive emotions, leaving the negative ones in the shadows.
However, to truly elevate our consciousness and tap into our best selves, we must learn to feel our feelings fully, even the uncomfortable ones. Every emotion is a signal. By feeling our emotions, we understand what's working for us and what's not.
When we avoid or suppress negative emotions, they don’t disappear. Instead, they accumulate, creating an emotional baggage that weighs down our spirit. Feeling and releasing these emotions is like setting down a heavy load we've been carrying. There's immense healing in acknowledging our pain and fears. This process allows us to heal from past traumas and grow stronger and more resilient.
Emotions hold energy. Negative emotions have a lower vibration. By releasing them, we make room for higher vibrational emotions like love, joy, and peace, elevating our overall energy. Tapping is a powerful tool for acknowledging and releasing emotional blockages, release worries and unlock your true potential.
